Carlina's Cucina is the celebration of the art of flavour and culinary traditions.  Passed on generation to generation, passion for food is an art that Italians understand inately. As a result of my culture and upbringing, I have long dreamed of how I could best share this passion with others. 

My passion for food and entertaining comes from my family, hence the name Carlina's Cucina. My mother and father live for creating and sharing their love of life and food with their friends. Growing up, our dinner table was well known and revered and it is to this day. The guest list as diverse as the menu. I can't tell you of anyone who didn't clear their calendar to attend a Carlina dinner party. My parents are renowned for the best parties because they continually strive to culinary excellence. 

Cooking shouldn't be a challenge as I have learned...its about the smiles that happen as a result of a fantastic dinner. I want to teach you how simple it is to prepare an incredibly tasty meal. I want you to experience the simple joy that good food creates. Food is so much more than what you put in your mouth. Food is dialogue. It is the very core of life.
