Chili Mint Hummus
1 can organic chickpeas
1/4 cup Carlina’s Cucina organic olive oil
2 tbsp Carlina’s Cucina organic chili infused olive oil
3 cloves organic garlic
1/8 cup fresh organic mint
*save a few leaves for garnish
organic paprika
In a food processor puree the chickpeas, garlic and mint. Add the of the organic olive oil gradually until the mix starts to get creamy. Add the chili infused oil and mix. Now its time to taste because how hot you want it is up to you. You can either add more chili or more regular olive oil to make the mixture creamy smooth.
Place in a serving dish and garnish with paprika and mint.
Chili Mint Hummus is a great twist on traditional hummus. Serve with crostini, crackers, breads or veggies.
