Orange and Maple Salmon Orange & Maple Salmon
1/2 cup organic maple syrup
2 tbsp organic tamari
3 cloves organic garlic
2 tbsp Carlina’s Cucina Orange infused organic olive oil

Mix all of the above ingredients in a food processor or blender. Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

 

Avocado Salsa
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 medium red onions, finely chopped
2 fresh jalapeno chilies, minced
1 tablespoon Carlina’s Cucina Organic Olive Oil
1 tbsp Carlina’s Cucina Lemon Infused Organic Olive Oil
1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
3 avocados, diced
salt and pepper

Combine the tomato, onion, chilies, olive oils and cilantro in a bowl. Season to taste.

Cover and set aside for several hours to allow flavors to blend.

Dice avocados and gently stir in to salsa just before serving.
