Avocado Salsa
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 medium red onions, finely chopped
2 fresh jalapeno chilies, minced
1 tablespoon Carlina’s Cucina Organic Olive Oil
1 tbsp Carlina’s Cucina Lemon Infused Organic Olive Oil
1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
3 avocados, diced
salt and pepper
Combine the tomato, onion, chilies, olive oils and cilantro in a bowl. Season to taste.
Cover and set aside for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
Dice avocados and gently stir in to salsa just before serving.
